Your company may not want to manage the complexity of 1099 payroll administration, or the individual may not be open to 1099 status, which includes self-employment taxes and tax reporting.
Staffing Solutions, Inc. offers you payrolling services, and will allow your candidate to become a temporary agency employee.
Staffing Solutions, Inc. is then responsible for all of the payroll administration, including taxes and all unemployment/workers’ compensation risks. |
