This entry level position is responsible for scanning paper documents and uploading those files to the company’s computer system with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. This position will also be responsible for making local courier runs to various locations and will be the primary back-up for reception and order intake. The person in this position may also be required to function as floater in different areas of the company, as needed. Note that scanning and uploading files requires sitting in one position for extended periods of time doing work that is very repetitive in nature. Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; experience with computers is strongly desired.
