The Direct Source Communicator is the key representative of the firm who communicates with all clients, attorneys, court representatives, and other business entities. The individual in this position accepts phone calls and updates the websites for all states as well as specific, assigned states, and conducts a complete and thorough review of the foreclosure file to ensure that all default timelines are fulfilled according to state regulations and client specifications. Under minimal supervision, the Communicator uses independent and discretionary judgment while making decisions pertaining to managing the client file. The Direct Source Communicator must have a thorough knowledge of the foreclosure process, both judicial and non- judicial, and an overall understanding of foreclosure policies and procedures in order to assist with and respond to client questions.

General responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Serve as key point of contact for clients in response to questions, and request necessary documentation for case management.
  • Monitor, track and diligently follow up on all foreclosure proceedings on assigned cases by interacting and providing instructions between all parties involved with the foreclosure; receive, review and forward documents to appropriate resource for further processing.
  • Update status on client websites daily and in a timely manner; update status of on-hold files.
  • Request reinstatement/payoff quotes needed on client websites. Draft reinstatement / payoff quotes and issues to approved party, as well as other legal documents as requested. Ensure that quotes are completed accurately to avoid financial loss to firm.
  • Complete client reports and ensure that all steps are completed in client platform systems.
  • Consent for postponement in applicable states
  • Request and follow up on fee approvals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General office and customer service experience.

Document Scanning Clerk                                                      

Insight Title Company, LLC (formerly Bankers & Lenders Title), a growing title company located in Creve Coeur, is currently seeking a full-time Document Scanning Clerk.  

This entry level position is responsible for scanning paper documents and uploading those files to the company’s computer system with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. This position will also be responsible for making local courier runs to various locations and will be the primary back-up for reception and order intake. The person in this position may also be required to function as floater in different areas of the company, as needed.

Note that scanning and uploading files requires sitting in one position for extended periods of time doing work that is very repetitive in nature.
