Candidate Screening And Presentation
TestingWe utilize a variety of testing tools to evaluate a candidate’s technical competencies. Additionally, a work-style profile tool — designed to quantify personality characteristics as they relate to the workplace — is administered, scored, and supplied for all candidates submitted.
InterviewingWe conduct a comprehensive work history gathering session to detail previous experience, areas of expertise, and special abilities. We include a behavioral session to assess attitudes, as well as problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills. We conclude with a discussion of long and short term career path goals.
Background/Reference Checking We directly contact former employers, supervisors and co-workers.* Staffing Solutions’ years of experience, reputation and contacts in the St. Louis community have been instrumental in our success in obtaining detailed reference information. Additionally, we complete employment verifications, criminal background checks, degree and certificate verification, and if required, credit histories.
