The Staffing Solutions team is committed to our community. We offer volunteer posting services to the non-profit community absolutely free of charge. We will post YOUR volunteer needs on our website and in our Staffing Solutions Career Café.
Additionally, we email our active applicants a monthly volunteer opportunity bulletin. Please contact a Staffing Solutions, Inc. representative for details to take advantage of this wonderful service for non-profit organizations and potential volunteers.
At Staffing Solutions, Inc., we encourage our candidates to volunteer while they are in job search mode. We know that volunteering benefits job seekers in many ways: it fills time in a positive way, keeps skills sharp and offers a learning experience, and is a great way to network! Volunteering helps people avoid the discouragement so typical in laid-off workers, and just makes people feel good!
Bonny Filandrinos, President
Bonny founded Staffing Solutions, Inc. in 1992 with the goal of providing the best possible match of position and applicant for her clients. In almost twenty years, Staffing Solutions, Inc. has grown from one employee to a full-service staffing agency. Ms. Filandrinos started her career in the staffing industry in 1984 and was involved in the start-up and management of another independent temporary help service. During her career, she has worked for national agencies and brings a broad background of recruiting and staffing experience to her company. Ms. Filandrinos' company has grown through her innovative and personalized approach to recruiting, screening, interviewing, and training. Staffing Solutions, Inc. enjoys an excellent reputation for recruiting top quality candidates and providing superb customer service. Ms. Filandrinos is a member of the Albert Einstein Society of the St. Louis Science Center and acts as an informal staffing advisor to many St. Louis area not-for-profit agencies. She has served as a Missouri Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business, and testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Small Business. She is a frequent speaker on employment issues and is often quoted in the local press.

Pamela Huddleston, Vice President/Staffing Specialist
Pam has over 25 years experience in the St. Louis temporary placement industry. She joined Staffing Solutions, Inc. soon after start-up and has been with the company for over fifteen years. Prior to joining Staffing Solutions, Inc., she was the Office Manager of another independently owned temporary agency in St. Louis and has worked in the accounting departments of major St. Louis companies. Pam presently handles the temporary placement of candidates; she also works closely with the President in regard to direct hire placements. Pam oversees all office functions in the President's absence. She maintains all financial records for the company and supervises the payroll administration and accounting functions.

Celeste Huntebrinker, Vice President of Administration
Les has many major responsibilities that keep Staffing Solutions, Inc. running smoothly. She has been with Staffing Solutions, Inc. for over 15 years. Les acts as the company's database and network manager. Besides being in charge of the computer network, purchasing, upgrading and installing new hardware and software, Les maintains the company's large database of information, and upgrades and improves upon it as needed. She supervises the office clerical staff, negotiating and maintaining contracts for employee health insurance and property casualty insurance. Les fulfills the duties of facilities management for both Staffing Solutions, Inc. and the other tenants of the Staffing Solutions, Inc. building by negotiating and maintaining lease agreements, contracts for services and supplies for Staffing Solutions, Inc. and its tenants. Les also designs and maintains the Staffing Solutions, Inc. website. And if all of that is not enough, she assists the President with her responsibilities and her travel arrangements.

Lori has been in the HR field for over 20 years. Her experience includes all aspects of HR including full life-cycle Recruiting. I believe in supporting organizations by networking and building relationships to find the talent needed to reach their goals.
Christy Snyder, Accounting Specialist
Christy joined our team in January 2014. She has worked in many capacities within the accounting department at several local companies. She brings her knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to Staffing Solutions while continuing to further her career by learning the functions of a full cycle accountant.
